3.1 Deposits

4.1 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus is not cash. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Each bonus has a specific expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Each user may benefit from each promotion only once.
• If evidence of an account being operated to abuse bonuses is found, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.2 VIP Cashback

The VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

For example, if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 in cashback. Once the cashback amount is credited to the account, applicable wagering requirements may also apply to it.
